Job description
Cook Exciting Opportunity in Newfoundland, Canada! Locations: Bonavista, NL | Deer Lake, NL Salary: $15.85/hour Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent About the Employer Our client in Canada is hiring skilled and passionate Cooks to join their team at a well-established fast-food restaurant. If you have experience in preparing delicious meals and managing kitchen operations, this is your chance to work in Canada and build a rewarding career! Job Responsibilities As a Cook, you will: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes with quality and consistency Determine portion sizes and control food costs Supervise kitchen staff and train new team members Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen Monitor inventory and requisition food and supplies as needed Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Requirements for Applicants ️ Education: High school diploma or equivalent ️ Experience: 2 to 3 years of professional cooking experience ️ Language Proficiency: English: IELTS required (CLB 4 or higher) OR French: TEF Canada (minimum required score) ️ Work Conditions: Ability to stand for extended periods Handle heavy loads and perform repetitive tasks Work under pressure in a fast-paced setting ️ Security Check: Criminal record check required What We Offer Competitive salary and long-term job stability Health care plan Opportunity to work and grow in Canada Supportive and professional work environment Apply Now!
