Education
• The successful candidate will be a highly motivated, self-starting Information Technology professional with a minimum BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in developing, implementing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and supporting infrastructure etwork architectures

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
• Should have better understanding of OSI Layer model and Packet Flow,
• Wireless Networks -Meraki and Cisco WLC and Access Points
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in deploying, managing, and tuning Wi-Fi networks in a corporate and manufacturing environment
• Strong proficiency in Cisco wireless technologies, including experience with Cisco 9800 WLC and 9120/9130 Access Points
• Solid understanding of Meraki and Aruba wireless technologies, with hands-on experience in managing and troubleshooting these platforms
• Proven ability to plan and execute large-scale Wi-Fi deployments across multiple locations
• Knowledge of network security protocols and best practices for securing wireless networks
• Deploy, manage, and tune Wi-Fi networks in a corporate and manufacturing setting, ensuring optimal performance and coverage
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Network Engineers and IT Operations, to ensure seamless integration of wireless networks with existing infrastructure
• Perform regular assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement, troubleshoot issues, and optimize Wi-Fi performance
• Provide technical guidance and support to internal stakeholders, including end-users and IT teams, regarding wireless network issues and solutions
• Document network configurations, procedures, and guidelines for future reference and knowledge sharing

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The primary functions of the Senior Network Engineer, include (but are not limited to):
• Maintain networkconnectivitycloud and associated solutions
o Provide day-to-day operation support, monitoring, maintenance, updates, triage, and troubleshooting for Enterprise Networking environment
o Provide expertise and collaboration on defining enterprise-wide technical design standards for network related technology solutions and propose solutions to leadership
o CreateMaintainUpdate enterprise network diagrams and documentation
o Research, design, review, test, and implement network related technologies and solutions
o Engage in solutions research and deployment, systems standards, internet services, capacity planning, Disaster Recovery, platform upgradesmodernization, and process improvement.
o Contribute to design of network related solutions and partner with Information Security and Compliance in review of all solutions against corporate security and compliance standards and requirements
o Design, implement, maintain, and support Network Operational monitoringlerting platform(s) including Business driven dashboards, metrics, and KPI reporting to facilitate clear communication of network related performance across the enterprise
o IP Address space design
o External facing infrastructure, fault-tolerance, redundancy, DR, etc.

• Work with internal departments and clients to determine requirements and then executedelegate required planssteps complete implementation.
o lead efforts with cross-functional teams on enterprise network impacting initiatives and implementations
o Oversee Network-related projects and initiatives planning and implementation
o Work with required areas and support staff to facilitate appropriate logistical planning, communication, and execution of network related initiatives
o Collaborate across business areas to assure compilation of necessary business requirements from stakeholders
o Review and assess impact of proposed changes to existing environment
o Participate in implementations and support of all open initiatives and implemented network related technology solutions

• Provide Mentorship, Training, Vision
o Provide technical leadership for network related technologies and solutions
o Work with Company leadership to develop medium- and long-term strategies as the company’s goals and needs evolve
o collaborate across the organization to perform solution impact assessment and set strategy for efforts with major business impact
o Maintain strong architectural expertise and knowledge of current and emerging technologies and products, and evaluates for both general and specific usage
o Overseeing test plans, networkconnectivity viability reviews, performance metrics designimplementation, and overall network strategy
