Level Tester job posting at Carrot Solutions CARROT SOLUTIONS · A CARROT GLOBAL COMPANY Online ESL Level Tester Remote · Canada · Part-time or Full-time About us Carrot Solutions is a subsidiary of Carrot Global — a consulting firm with over 20 years of industry experience serving 1,000+ Korean and international clients. We are expanding our educational sector and are now seeking Online Level Testers to deliver accurate, high-quality first impressions of our service to prospective students. Available shifts (KST) Phone / Video — Mon–Fri 10:00–12:00 (KST) Phone / Video — Mon–Fri 18:00–23:00 (KST) Phone / Video — Sat–Sun 17:00–22:00 (KST) Pay rate $14.00 – $18.00 CAD/hr Pay increases +$0.50 semi-annual Min. availability 15 hrs / week Position highlights Conduct level-testing sessions via phone or video — you set the first impression of Carrot's service quality Work from home with flexible part-time or full-time scheduling Performance-based bonuses on top of base pay Online training and all testing materials provided Long-term employment security with immediate start Excellent supplementary income opportunity Requirements Native English speaker with a neutral accent Canadian citizen Bachelor's degree from a Western or English-speaking institution Professional appearance and demeanor Reliable high-speed wired internet, webcam, and headset Minimum 15 hours/week availability during the shifts above Punctual, reliable, and available to start immediately Willingness to adjust for Daylight Saving Time changes Candidates who do not meet all requirements need not apply.
