Role: IAM Project Manager – Cyber Security & BFSI
Location: Toronto, ON
Work Style: Hybrid (2–3 Days Onsite)
The Senior Project Manager, Identity & Access Management (IAM), Information & Corporate Security is responsible for end-to-end delivery, coordination, and governance of enterprise-wide cyber security programs.
This role operates within Security Architecture & Engineering and partners closely with Architecture, Engineering, IAM, PAM, Security Operations, Technology & Data, and Cyber Risk teams.
Key Responsibilities
? Program & Delivery Management
• Lead large-scale cross-functional security programs (IAM, PAM, Cyber Risk, Security Ops)
• Drive end-to-end delivery from intake to go-live and post-implementation
• Maintain integrated roadmaps, timelines, and delivery plans
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies across workstreams
• Ensure timely escalation and resolution of delivery blockers
? Governance & Oversight
• Lead program steering committees and governance forums
• Ensure executive alignment and decision clarity
• Maintain delivery governance across multiple security initiatives
• Align programs with enterprise security frameworks and standards
? Stakeholder & Executive Engagement
• Act as central coordination point across technical and business teams
• Deliver executive-level reporting on progress, risks, and outcomes
• Manage expectations and drive stakeholder alignment
• Ensure delivery transparency and credibility
? Audit, Risk & Regulatory Delivery
• Lead audit and regulatory-driven security initiatives
• Support audit evidence collection and validation
• Collaborate with Architecture, Engineering, and Risk teams
• Improve compliance and operational risk posture
? Tooling & Vendor Management
• Coordinate security tool deployments (IAM / PAM / Cyber tools)
• Manage vendor dependencies and delivery timelines
• Use enterprise tools such as Jira and ServiceNow
• Drive Agile-based delivery execution
Required Skills & Experience
• 8–12+ years in Project/Program Management (Cyber Security preferred)
• Strong experience in IAM / PAM / Security programs
• BFSI or enterprise security domain experience
• Strong governance, stakeholder, and executive management skills
• Experience managing multi-workstream complex programs
• Hands-on with Agile delivery tools (Jira, ServiceNow)
