Summary

Deloitte is seeking a Change Process Training Consultant to join our team on 1 year fixed term engagement. In this role, you will support enterprise transformation initiatives by designing, developing, and delivering training programs that enable effective adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working.

Eligibility for Reliability Status security clearance is required for this role.

What will your typical day look like?

  • Support enterprise training initiatives aligned with large scale transformation programs
  • Conduct training needs analysis to identify capability gaps and learning requirements
  • Design and develop process focused training materials, including content, guides, and learning assets
  • Support the delivery of training sessions using appropriate instructional methods
  • Collaborate with change, business, and delivery teams to ensure training aligns with process and system changes
  • Gather feedback and support continuous improvement of training materials and approaches
  • Contribute to training planning, coordination, and reporting activities

You are someone with the following skills, experience, and qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience supporting enterprise change management or training initiatives
  • Experience with training needs analysis, training design, and training delivery
  • Ability to translate complex process changes into clear, learner friendly training content
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams

It would be great for you to have some of these nice to haves as well:

  • Experience supporting training initiatives in public sector or regulated environments
  • Familiarity with learning and training methodologies and tools
  • Experience supporting large, multi workstream transformation programs
  • Prior experience working in security cleared environments

Total Rewards


The salary range for this position is $57,000 - $102,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
