Summary

Deloitte is seeking a Change Enablement Consultant to join our team on 1 year fixed term engagement. In this role, you will support enterprise scale transformation initiatives by coordinating change enablement activities, assessing readiness and impacts, and supporting leadership alignment and stakeholder engagement efforts.

Eligibility for Reliability Status security clearance is required for this role.
Bachelor’s degree is mandatory for this role.

What will your typical day look like?

  • Support enterprise change management initiatives, focusing on change enablement and engagement activities
  • Assist with assessing change impacts and organizational readiness across stakeholder groups
  • Support leadership alignment and enablement, including preparation of insights and engagement materials
  • Contribute to the development and coordination of stakeholder engagement and communication activities
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative inputs to develop succinct insights and recommendations
  • Support change tracking, reporting, and governance activities
  • Collaborate with delivery, business, and change teams to ensure alignment across transformation efforts

You are someone with the following skills, experience, and qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience supporting enterprise change management initiatives
  • Experience assessing change impacts and organizational readiness
  • Ability to support leadership alignment and enablement activities
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize data into clear, concise recommendations
  • Experience supporting stakeholder engagement and communications activities
  • Strong written, verbal, and collaboration skills

It would be great for you to have some of these nice to haves as well:

  • Experience supporting transformation initiatives in public sector or regulated environments
  • Familiarity with structured change management methodologies
  • Experience supporting multi workstream or enterprise scale programs
    Prior experience working in security cleared environments

Total Rewards


The salary range for this position is $57,000 - $102,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
