Position: Personal Logistics / Planning Expert Type: Contract Compensation: $55–$70/hour Location: Remote Role Responsibilities Develop long-horizon planning tasks with deterministic rubrics for agent evaluation in personal logistics . Create scenarios in travel , household logistics , and event planning with checkable answers. Evaluate multi-stop trips, contractor shortlists, and move checklists against defined criteria. Coordinate multi-party events considering availability and location constraints. Work independently and focus on challenging tasks requiring long sessions. Qualifications Must-Have 3+ years in travel planning, concierge work, executive support, or project management. Expertise in complex travel planning, contractor shortlisting, household move coordination, or multi-party event planning. Proficient in reading and producing logistics artifacts: itineraries, contractor shortlists, move checklists, comparison tables. Clear written communication with the ability to articulate reasoning step by step.
