The intended structure of this role is a non-relocation secondment. By nature of this structure, existing employees will remain aligned to their current location, level, service line/business area, salary, and compensation/performance review cycle, for the duration of their secondment to Deloitte Global.

What will your typical day look like?

The Global Ascend PMO team is responsible for driving operational excellence across program governance, integrated planning, performance reporting, and cross-workstream coordination. This role is ideal for a Senior Consultant who thrives in fast-paced environments, can quickly translate ambiguity into structured plans and decisions, and brings strong stakeholder management skills to keep delivery on-track across global teams. You will help run the operating rhythm of the program, ensure leaders have high-quality information to make decisions, and enable teams to execute through disciplined PMO practices.

• Develop and quality-check leadership-ready reporting outputs (dashboards, summaries, KPI packs, executive updates) with clear storylines and decision-focused insights.
• Support governance cadences end-to-end by coordinating agendas/materials, capturing actions/decisions, and driving follow-through to closure across stakeholders.
• Support automation of recurring reporting activities (refresh, validation, publishing, distribution) through workflow design, standardization, and lightweight tooling enhancements.
• Identify reporting and automation opportunities, manage dependencies, and drive follow-through to implementation.
• Maintain core PMO documentation (onboarding materials, operating playbooks, process flows, roles & responsibilities) and keep content current and usable.
• Support development and maintenance of integrated program plans in coordination with overall Ascend PMO (PMOne); provide oversight on baselining scope, milestones, and dependencies.
• Support the overall Ascend PMO (PMOne) in maintaining the RAID log; identify and mitigate risks; track dependencies on US product roadmap and releases.
• Support development of executive-level deliverables (PowerPoint, Excel, Tableau dashboards) using strong storyboarding skills.
• Lead structured problem-solving; unblock critical paths and manage escalations.
• Champion a process improvement mindset, continuously identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance governance.
• Coordinate with other workstreams to ensure cohesive engagement and collaboration.
