About the job Mercor connects elite creative and technical talent with leading AI research labs. Headquartered in San Francisco, our investors include Benchmark , General Catalyst , Peter Thiel , Adam D'Angelo , Larry Summers , and Jack Dorsey . Position: Bilingual Designer (Chinese, Japanese, Ukrainian) Type: Contract Compensation: $80–$180/hour Location: Remote Commitment: 15+ hours/week Role Responsibilities Evaluate product design and taste preferences for a top AI company. Develop high-quality product mockups and design prototypes using Figma , Sketch , or Adobe Creative Suite . Provide User Experience (UX) / User Journey feedback to enhance product design. Collaborate with teams using Slides , Sheets , Docs , and PDF . Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines. Qualifications Must-Have Native or near-native proficiency in Chinese , Japanese , or Ukrainian . Strong English comprehension. 3+ years of experience at a reputable or high-performing tech company. Preferred Experience with design tools such as Figma , Sketch , or Adobe Creative Suite .
