F&B Manager About us: Playground is an internationally renowned gaming destination located a short 15-minute drive south of downtown Montreal, within the Mohawk territory of Kahnawake.

We are currently expanding, unveiling new gaming floors, a luxurious hotel, and specialized dining options.

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, and approachable Food and Beverage Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations .

This role is essential to creating a welcoming dining environment, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and leading a team of dedicated staff.

The F&B Manager will coach and motivate the team, uphold our service standards, and ensure smooth operations while promoting a fun and friendly atmosphere for all guests.

Perform related tasks such as cash outs , end-of-day procedures, troubleshooting, and service calls Remain current with the content of departmental resource centers for reporting departments, ensuring that you are able to direct, uphold and clearly communicate the content to team members Responsible for ensuring that sales objectives are met and providing continued coaching to staff in maximizing revenue per guest Ensure that the organization's initiatives, as communicated to you b y the F&B General Manager, are communicated clearly and effectively to all direct reports, whether through line-ups, training, information sessions or the like Provide feedback on staffing needs, manage the day-to-day staffing requirements and allocations in line with business needs and the department's budget Have a thorough understanding of our organization's General Policies, communicate them clearly to direct reports and ensure their adherence in day-to-day matters Maintain continuous guest interactions and provide feedback on guest experiences Manage guest complaints and concerns and ensure total guest satisfaction at all times Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of management experience within a full-service restaurant Demonstrated ability to drive revenue, without sacrificing the team and customer experiences Highly organized, responsible and reliable Ability to delegate, follow up and drive accountability Ability to work cohesively as part of a team and build relationships Confident in training Excellent understanding of customer service and the drive for satisfaction Demonstrates a passion for the food and beverage industry and knowledge of current trends High proficiency in the English and French languages with excellent communication skills, written and spoken Join our team and become a vital part of an exceptional journey.

Le/la Responsable Restauration encadrera et motivera l’équipe, maintiendra nos standards de service et assurera le bon déroulement des opérations tout en favorisant une atmosphère conviviale et agréable pour tous les clients.

Effectuer des tâches connexes telles que les encaissements, les procédures de fin de journée, le dépannage, les appels de service Demeurer au fait du contenu des centres de ressources départementaux des départements de reporting, en veillant à pouvoir orienter, maintenir et communiquer clairement le contenu aux membres de l'équipe Veiller à ce que les objectifs de vente soient atteints et fournir un coaching continu au personnel pour maximiser les revenus par client Veiller à ce que les initiatives de l'organisation, telles que communiquées à vous par la haute gestion, soient communiquées clairement et efficacement à tous les collaborateurs directs, que ce soit par des réunions d'équipe, des formations, des sessions d'information ou autre Fournir des commentaires sur les besoins en personnel, gérer les besoins en personnel quotidiens et les allocations conformément aux besoins de l'entreprise et au budget des départements Avoir une compréhension approfondie des Politiques Générales de notre organisation, les communiquer clairement aux collaborateurs directs et assurer leur respect dans les affaires quotidiennes Maintenir des interactions continues avec les clients et fournir des rétroactions sur l'expérience des clients Gérer les plaintes et les préoccupations des clients et garantir une satisfaction totale des clients en tout temps Exigences : Minimum de 2 ans d'expérience de gestionnaire dans un restaurant à volume élevé et à service complet Hautement organisé, responsable et fiable Capacité de déléguer, de suivre et de favoriser la responsabilisation Capacité à travailler de manière cohérente au sein d'une équipe et à établir des relations Confiant dans la formation Excellente compréhension du service à la clientèle et de la volonté de satisfaction Démontre une passion pour l'industrie des aliments et des boissons et une connaissance des tendances actuelles Maîtrise élevée de la langue anglaise et française avec d'excellentes compétences en communication, écrite et orale Rejoignez notre équipe et devenez un élément essentiel d'un parcours exceptionnel.
