Job description
Lead innovative AI initiatives at CIBC as the Director of AI Enablement. Shape AI strategies that enhance Finance operations and deliver measurable business value in a hybrid work environment. CIBC seeks a transformative Director for its Enterprise AI Platforms & Solutions team. This senior role focuses on directing AI product strategies that align with Finance needs while fostering collaboration among cross-functional teams. You will define initiatives to ensure the successful delivery and adoption of AI technologies tailored for Finance functions. Key Responsibilities: • Direct product strategy and execution for AI applications • Build collaborations with Finance and technology teams • Identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases • Evaluate performance while ensuring compliance • Promote a culture of innovation and best practices Requirements: • Master's degree in Finance or related field • AI or data science certifications • Proven experience in product management • Strong communication and leadership skills • Ability to handle complex, fast-paced environments Deliver impactful AI solutions while enhancing client experiences at CIBC. #J-18808-Ljbffr
