Understand and formalize customers' business challenges into clear requirements. Identify technical requirements and select appropriate ML/AI services and algorithms, collaborating with specialists to design and validate ML solutions and architecture. Support clients through end‑to‑end ML/GenAI projects, providing technical sales support, exploratory data analysis, design, validation, deployment, and training. Collaborate with ML engineers, cloud architects, and application developers to deliver production‑ready solutions. Leverage AWS services (Amazon Bedrock, SageMaker, AgentCore), Git, Docker, and ML/GenAI frameworks such as PyTorch and Transformers. Day in the Life

Experience with AWS or other cloud technologies. 5+ years as a data scientist or ML engineer building models and GenAI systems. Ability to obtain Canadian federal security clearance or valid Secret/Top Secret clearance. For Quebec location: fluency in French and English. Preferred Qualifications
Experience designing experimental and analytical plans for data modeling and establishing strong baselines. Strong technical skills combined with business acumen; able to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders. Experience consulting customers on AI and GenAI needs. Experience building and maintaining MLOps systems, deploying models, and managing data science environments. Knowledge of data governance principles, data consumption, visualization, and reporting. Standard compensation ranges for this role are: Vancouver – 126,000.00–210,400.00 CAD annually; Ottawa – 126,000.00–210,400.00 CAD annually; Montreal – 126,000.00–210,400.00 CAD annually.
