Job description
Join Fullscript's practitioner care team as a Senior Fullstack Developer, focusing on building innovative features for the integrative healthcare industry. This fullstack role melds backend and user-facing development in a collaborative environment.

In this senior role, your responsibilities will include designing and developing impactful solutions through the entire stack. You will participate in architecture decisions, ensuring maintainability and scalability, while collaborating with various teams. Your expertise in coding and mentoring will be vital to upholding high quality standards and driving team culture.

Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions • Architect and develop maintainable product experiences • Write high-quality code and conduct pull request reviews • Mentor developers and advocate for code quality • scope and plan projects across tech stacks

Requirements: • Strong full-stack software engineering background • Experience with Ruby on Rails, React, and GraphQL • Knowledge in automated testing and continuous delivery • Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments • Good communication skills with cross-functional partners
