Job description
Become a key player in animal welfare as a Centre Manager in Hamilton on a full-time, 10-month secondment. Lead operations, support community initiatives, and elevate volunteer engagement. In this Centre Manager role, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of Centre operations, from leadership to compliance and finance management. You'll collaborate with the Inspectorate Team to ensure proper investigations and build effective volunteer networks. This opportunity aims to develop your skills while directly impacting animal care and community welfare. Key Responsibilities: • Manage overall operations and leadership of the Centre • Support and collaborate with the Inspectorate Team • Strengthen both Volunteer and Foster networks • Work with the team to drive fundraising initiatives • Maintain property compliance and animal welfare standards Requirements: • Background in management or leadership • Understanding of financial management processes • Experience in community engagement strategies • Ability to foster positive relationships with stakeholders • Dedication to animal safety and welfare Empower your career in animal welfare while making a significant impact in Hamilton. #J-18808-Ljbffr
