Job description
Drive transformative initiatives as the Senior Director of International Money Movement at ADP. Focus on strategy development and client experience improvement across global operations. This leadership role reports to the Vice President of IMM at ADP Canada. With over a decade of experience in Strategy and Operations, you will guide efforts in business transformation, identifying new opportunities, and fostering collaborative cross-functional teams. Your insights will influence international expansion and process improvement. Key Responsibilities: • Develop the IMM strategy aligning with broader organizational goals • Lead initiative definitions to enhance client experiences • Conduct market analysis to inform decision making • Facilitate client journey mapping and identify friction areas • Collaborate with global teams for IMM expansion efforts Requirements: • 10-12+ years in Strategy & Operations or related fields • Experience in consulting with Tier 1 firms is an advantage • Strong presentation skills for executive audiences • Proven experience in process improvement initiatives • Green Belt or PMP certification preferred Leverage your strategic acumen and leadership skills to enhance ADP's global money movement initiatives. #J-18808-Ljbffr
