Job description
Lead customer service excellence as Permacon's Customer Experience Manager in Ontario. Drive satisfaction through a skilled team and effective operational strategies.

Based in Milton, your leadership will encompass a team of Customer Experience Coordinators and additional staff, focusing on service delivery in the Southwestern region. Your role involves staffing, training, and ensuring adherence to best practices in logistics and customer service. Build key relationships within various departments to enhance the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities: • Direct a team dedicated to customer service and order management • Develop customer-focused policies and procedural enhancements • Provide coaching and performance feedback to team members • Maintain strong connections with production and sales teams • Address customer issues promptly and effectively

Requirements: • 5 years in Customer Service and at least 3 years in leadership • College diploma in administration or related field • Strong expertise in customer service logistics • Good knowledge of Microsoft products • Proficient in English communication skills
