What You'll Be Doing:
- Be the Face of the Brand: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, managing everything from onboarding to weekly performance reviews.
- Master Order Fulfillment: Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from monitoring inventory availability to reconciling purchase orders and invoices.
- Bridge the Gaps: Liaise daily with Quality Assurance to ensure compliance and work with Logistics to navigate international shipping complexities.
- Drive Data Integrity: Maintain real-time operational trackers and prepare monthly scorecards that provide transparency to both our leadership and our clients.
What We're Looking For:
- Experienced: You have 3-5 years of experience in supply chain, commercial operations, or account management.
- Communicator: You are professional, solution-oriented, and comfortable leading client-facing discussions.
- Detail-Obsessed: In a regulated industry, documentation is everything. You take pride in 100% accuracy.
- Agile: You enjoy a fast-paced environment and can pivot quickly when priorities shift.
