Job description
Embrace the role of President at Northerm Windows & Doors in Yukon, overseeing all operations and strategic direction. Deliver measurable financial performance while aligning with the mission of First Nation shareholders. This position entails comprehensive accountability for both Northerm and its subsidiary, Capitol Glass. You will lead the development of strategic initiatives, ensure operational efficiencies, and enhance organizational performance. An essential part of this role is to champion diversity and inclusivity throughout the company. Key Responsibilities: • Lead strategic planning and business execution • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements • Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement • Promote workplace safety and quality initiatives • Serve as a representative in key negotiations Requirements: • Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field • At least 10 years in senior leadership with P&L responsibility • Demonstrated cross-border operational success • Excellent strategic management and financial skills • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities Shape the future of Northerm with proven leadership and strategic vision, reinforcing values important to First Nation stakeholders. #J-18808-Ljbffr
