Job description
Drive customer excellence at Permacon as the Customer Experience Manager, based in Milton. Oversee a dynamic team to ensure top-notch service delivery across Ontario’s Southwestern region.

This role is crucial for enhancing customer satisfaction through effective management of a team that includes Customer Experience Coordinators and Representatives. By implementing best practices in logistics and client services, you will improve operational efficiencies and bolster customer relationships. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities: • Lead the Customer Experience team to meet goals • Supervise order management and logistics • Coordinate efforts with sales and production teams • Train and develop team members to excel • Manage customer data and contract requirements

Requirements: • College diploma in business administration or higher • 5+ years in Customer Service and 3+ years in a supervisory position • Strong knowledge in customer service practices • Excellent decision-making and analytical capabilities • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite
