Job description

As the Senior HRIS & Platforms Specialist, you will be pivotal in managing Dayforce and establishing governance around HR platforms. Your expertise will drive automation, reliability, and improved employee journey through streamlined self-service functionalities. This position requires robust project management skills and an ability to work cross-functionally.

Key Responsibilities: • Lead the HRIS technology planning and execution • Drive integration practices and change communications • Implement data privacy and access control measures • Optimize self-service interfaces for users in HR • Work closely with HR and technology teams for alignment

Requirements: • Bachelor's in Human Resources, Business, or Information Systems • Over 8 years of relevant HR experience • Expertise in HR systems, preferably Dayforce • Strong analytical and project management skills • Proven ability in workflow design and optimization
