Responsibilities- Evidence-Based Documentation: Develop the technical and analytical components of TB-ready materials, including options analyses and risk assessment frameworks.
- Benefits Realization: Design and track benefits realization plans to ensure the transformation meets its long-term strategic goals.
- Stakeholder Facilitation: Navigate complex interdependencies between policy and technology by facilitating workshops and collaborative sessions within the Defence 365 environment.
- Process Mapping: Analyze "as-is" and "to-be" states for enterprise-wide personnel systems, ensuring alignment with multi-tranche delivery schedules.
Qualifications- Validly held Security Clearance at the Reliability level or above.
- Must be a certified BA; CBAP, PMI-PBA, CCBA, or BCS.
- Proven experience in Government of Canada (GoC) enterprise-level transformations (ideally 10+ years in Fed Gov).
- Extensive experience as a Business Analyst within the Federal Government (DND experience is a significant asset).
- A proven track record of supporting Treasury Board Project Approval and Delivery cycles.
- Ability to work effectively in secure environments (DWAN/DVPNI) and manage Protected B information.
