Position Overview:
I'm seeking an enthusiastic, hardworking and fun individual for the role of an Insurance Account Manager in our locally owned Desjardins Insurance Agency. We are a full-service agency specializing in Car, Home, Commercial and Life Insurance. We are growing our team through this addition, as such, this role will require the right candidate to demonstrate a desire to achieve uncapped compensation through a combination of salary and unlimited commission structure by bringing your "grow a business, within the business" mentality along with your ability to nurture and grow relationships with clients.
It is critical that you bring passion, capacity to learn, and a "seek to grow" mindset. Although desired, it isn't necessary to have your insurance licenses, the right individual is more important to me. We will provide the training and development necessary to be successful while also sponsoring you for the required regulatory licensing if required. You can have confidence that the current team of 4 will be fully vested in your success through on-going training, development and collaboration. You bring the knowledge and awareness that it's relationships that lead to successful results in growing a business. You will be a strategic partner working with clients in articulating the problem you solve with the solutions you present.
