Job description
Lead security initiatives at Masabi, shaping compliance and trust for our global fare payment platform. This senior role involves strategic oversight and collaboration with various teams.

As the Head of Security & Compliance, you will own security end to end while strengthening processes at Masabi. This role emphasizes key areas including PCI DSS, ISO27001, and SOC2 compliance. You will manage a small team and collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Legal to implement effective security measures across our SaaS platform.

Key Responsibilities: • Own security compliance and priorities across the organization • Define and execute a practical path to enhance security • Collaborate with Engineering and IT to implement requirements • Manage audits from preparation to follow-up actions • Build a scalable approach to customer assurance

Requirements: • Experience in security within fintech or PCI environments • Hands-on knowledge of PCI DSS, ISO27001, SOC2 • Proven track record in managing compliance programs • Ability to balance risk with business needs • Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
