Job description
Ontario Shores is hiring a Clinical Manager for the Assessment and Reintegration Program. Provide leadership in a client-driven setting focused on comprehensive care. As Clinical Manager, you will oversee the Assessment and Reintegration Program and its Complex Services, aiding both inpatient and outpatient teams. Your role involves leading the interdisciplinary team, managing resources, and promoting quality enhancement projects. Engage with patients and families to foster a healthy recovery environment, ensuring the highest quality in service delivery. Key Responsibilities: • Develop interdisciplinary treatment and intervention strategies • Supervise clinical staff and manage human resources • Oversee budgeting and financial management of services • Lead quality and performance improvement initiatives • Coordinate community participation for effective collaboration Requirements: • Post-secondary degree in health is required • 3+ years in a managerial role within mental health • Strong management of unionized settings is preferred • Expertise in trauma treatment methodologies required • Must have a valid driver’s license for travel Shape the future of mental health services while advocating for patient-centered initiatives at Ontario Shores. #J-18808-Ljbffr
