As a Production Worker, you will play a vital role in the daily operations of a high-volume bakery. This role falls under our manufacturing & logistics specialization, focusing on operational excellence and safety.

Responsibilities• Support production operations across the bakery to ensure consistent workflow.
• Promote and maintain a safe working environment and adhere to strict food quality standards.
• Ensure safe handling of production equipment and follow all hygiene practices.
• Execute tasks according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintain professional teamwork.
• Perform Boxer tasks: manage packaging, labeling, skids, and transport finished products to storage.
• Accurately complete all required production paperwork and documentation.
• Perform Boiler Feeder tasks: feed boards into the boiler at production pace and monitor temperatures.
• Perform Boiler Stacker tasks: maintain the flow of racks, stack boards safely, and report equipment issues.
• Perform Board Loader tasks: load the stacker, monitor board cleanliness, and segregate damaged units.
• Perform Tote Operator tasks: manage premix flow to the mixer and conduct regular equipment checks.
Qualificationsx• Availability to work 12-hour shifts (6 am to 6 pm / 6 pm to 6 am) on a weekly day/night rotation.
• Must have your own reliable transportation to the site (carpooling is not available).
• Physical ability to stand for up to 12 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Capability to work in an environment with temperatures ranging from 58°F to 80°F.
• Comfort working in a loud environment (exceeding 85 decibels) with required ear protection.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Clear criminal background check is required for this role.
• Previous experience in the food industry or a manufacturing setting is considered a strong asset.
