Job description
Drive sales growth with Nidec as the National Sales Manager for Canada. This remote role demands strategic planning, team leadership, and strong client relationship management.

Reporting to the C&I A Americas International Marketing & Sales Director, you'll oversee the Canadian sales team while developing and executing national sales strategies. Your responsibilities include coaching team members, applying data-driven analysis, and collaborating with marketing and product teams to meet customer needs and expand market share.

Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement national sales plans • Recruit, train, and mentor territory sales representatives • Analyze market trends and customer needs • Collaborate with marketing for effective lead generation • Monitor sales performance through KPIs and analytics

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field • Minimum 10 years of sales experience, 5 years in leadership • Proven track record in sales and market expansion • Bilingual in French and English preferred • Strong strategic planning and communication skills
