Job description
Drive quality excellence as a Quality Engineer specializing in Supply Chain at Asset Recruitment in Hamilton. This role is key to ensuring compliance and quality assurance in manufacturing processes.

In this permanent position, you will take charge of laboratory operations and sustainability of quality systems. Your expertise will help manage supplier quality audits and facilitate effective training programs. A background in a GMP-regulated environment is preferred, with robust knowledge of quality assurance systems.

Key Responsibilities: • Oversee supplier quality management activities and audits • Deliver training to enhance overall quality awareness • Ensure stringent compliance with quality and regulatory standards • Lead corrective action investigations to safeguard product integrity • Maintain and develop efficient quality systems across operations

Requirements: • Tertiary qualifications in Pharmacy or related fields • Experience in QA/QC within GMP settings • Strong grasp of ISO quality standards and audit processes • Familiarity with laboratory instruments such as HPLC and GC • Proficient communication, able to influence cross-functional teams
