Independent Interior Demolition Subcontractor – Multi‑Residential Renovations Location: Cornwall, ON (and surrounding area) Position Type: Independent Contractor / Project‑Based Overview We are seeking an experienced Interior Demolition Subcontractor to support ongoing multi‑residential apartment renovation projects in the Cornwall area.

This role is ideal for a reliable, safety‑focused contractor specializing in efficient, clean, and controlled interior demolition within residential buildings.

All work is assigned using a pre‑approved pricing structure — no quoting or estimating required —with consistent bi‑weekly payments .
