Job description
Elevate your career as CIBC's Director of AI Enablement in Toronto. Lead AI product strategy and foster collaboration with Finance teams to drive innovation across the bank. As part of CIBC's Enterprise AI Platforms & Solutions team, you'll play a crucial role in shaping AI initiatives that drive business transformation. This senior leadership position involves guiding AI strategy, developing impactful use cases, and ensuring alignment with Finance priorities. Collaborate closely with technology and Finance stakeholders to enhance AI product delivery and adoption in a hybrid work model. Key Responsibilities: • Drive product strategy for AI applications in Finance • Foster strategic collaboration across Finance and tech teams • Identify and prioritize AI use cases for measurable value • Evaluate AI application performance and compliance • Champion innovation and stay updated on AI advancements Requirements: • Master’s degree in Finance or related field • Proven leadership in AI within financial services • Strong product management experience • Excellent communication and influencing skills • Ability to navigate complex settings and drive results Leverage your AI expertise to deliver high-impact solutions that enhance client experiences at CIBC. #J-18808-Ljbffr
