Independent Plumbing Subcontractor – Multi‑Residential Renovations Location: Cornwall, ON (and surrounding area) Position Type: Independent Contractor / Project‑Based Overview We are seeking a licensed and experienced Plumbing Subcontractor to support ongoing multi‑residential apartment renovation projects in the Cornwall area.
This role is ideal for a dependable, detail‑oriented plumbing professional looking for steady work, clearly defined scopes, and reliable bi‑weekly payments .
All work is assigned using a pre‑approved, fixed price list — no quoting or estimating required .
