We are looking for a data-obsessed, creative-first Performance Marketing Specialist (Paid Social) t to drive the execution and strategy of our paid social engine across Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest. Reporting to the Sr. Growth Marketing Manager, you'll be hands-on in-platform every day while increasingly shaping budget discussions.
We need someone deep in platforms today, ready to take on more strategic responsibility. You'll be responsible for hitting aggressive growth targets while maintaining a strict CPA floor and a clear view of subscriber LTV.We need a strategic lead who understands how to leverage AI-driven tools to accelerate creative testing and campaign optimization.
