How you’ll make an impact:
As a student in Digital Applications Development, you will have the opportunity to:
- Analyze on-line customer behavior and develop classification models
- Participate in developing "proof of concept" responsive web designs
- Assist with the investigation of our next generation Web platform
- Ad hoc programming assignments to support our Digital Applications Development Team.
- Collaborate with business partners to help identify, recommend, and prioritize new application features
- Work with team members in the designing, coding, testing, debugging and implementation of new Web pages and sites and Mobile applications, adhering to Fidelity standards and practices
What we’re looking for:
- Working towards a university degree with a concentration in Computer Science or related technical program, ideally in your 3rd or 4th year of study
- A keen interest and knowledge of Web development
- A desire to work on usability and client experience standards
- Strong understanding of Internet programming languages, including Java, JavaScript, HTML/HTML5 technologies, JavaScript, CSS, CSS3 and the jQuery libraries
- Knowledge of Application Servers such as tomcat would be an asset
- Knowledge of Automation and Selenium would be an asset
- A creative aptitude focused on User Experience Design
- You must be enrolled in a registered co-op program to be considered for this opportunity
- You must be available on a full-time basis for the duration of the co-op term

Competitive Pay for Specialized Talent
This contract role offers a flexible, hourly compensation model that reflects your expertise and the value you bring. The undergraduate IT hourly rate ranges from $25.00 to $29.00, based on experience and qualifications.
We offer market-aligned rates that recognize the specialized skills and agility required for this role.
