Job description
Become a key player in quality assurance as a full-time Specialist in Oshawa, ON. Drive improvements and uphold high-quality standards in a hybrid work environment. Reporting to the Director of Quality Assurance, this role involves working closely with facility teams to identify quality improvement opportunities and develop related processes. You will implement training programs and support various manufacturing processes through LEAN methodologies. Your expertise will help ensure that all operational practices meet top-quality standards across multiple locations. Key Responsibilities: • Lead improvements in quality assurance processes • Standardize operating procedures and training documents • Conduct ongoing analysis of quality metrics • Facilitate problem-solving sessions using A3 and 8D • Monitor internal audit compliance and follow-up actions Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in quality or manufacturing field • Over 5 years of relevant automotive industry experience • Knowledge of quality assurance methodologies • Strong problem-solving and communication skills • Ability to travel frequently for facility supervision Your leadership in quality assurance will foster enhanced processes and contribute significantly to organizational success. #J-18808-Ljbffr
