Process invoices and support payroll-related entries with accuracy and urgency.

Work confidently in enterprise platforms (ERP/EAM), such as IBM Maximo, Oracle, SAP, or similar systems.

Digital Enablement and Automation

Maintain and evolve SharePoint / Microsoft 365 workspaces used by Engineering and Capital teams.

Use Power Automate / Power Platform to streamline recurring administrative, reporting, and coordination workflows.

You will be responsible for your personal safety and that of your co‑workers by observing all Occupational Health and Safety Rules and Regulations.

These skills will make you successful Required:

Grade XII education and a recognized Administration and/or Business Certificate (or equivalent experience).

3+ years of administrative or coordination experience in a professional environment.

Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).

High attention to detail, sound judgment, and proven ability to handle confidential information.

Assets:

Experience supporting engineering, technical, or capital project teams, with comfort navigating technical language, drawings, schedules, and project delivery environments.

Demonstrated digital fluency, including exposure to Microsoft 365, workflow automation tools (e.g., Power Platform), or similar productivity and process‑improvement platforms.

Familiarity with enterprise business systems (ERP/EAM), such as IBM Maximo, Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft, or comparable platforms.

Exposure to technical or data‑adjacent tools (e.g., CAD, GIS, or structured data/document management) to support coordination and information quality.

We understand that experience comes in many forms, and we’re dedicated to adding new perspectives to the team. So, if your experience is close to what we’ve listed above, please consider applying.
