Job descriptionJob Summary The Business Systems Project Manager will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex business systems projects that align with organizational goals and enhance operational efficiency. This role requires managing cross‑functional teams, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget. Job Responsibilities
Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets for business systems initiatives.
Coordinate and lead cross‑functional project teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration among business, IT, and external vendors.
Gather and analyze business requirements to define project objectives and translate them into technical specifications.
Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
Facilitate stakeholder meetings, provide regular status updates, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Oversee testing, training, and deployment activities to ensure smooth system implementation and adoption.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices.

Education And Experience Required
Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification is an asset.
Experience managing business systems or IT projects
Experience working within Canadian regulatory and compliance frameworks.
Experience with ERP systems, and implementation.
Experience with production and operational management processes and practices.
DHI courses, designation is an asset.
College diploma in related field or equivalent work‑related experience
Advanced knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools.
Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
