This is a contract opportunity of 3 years in length and will report to the National Manager – Head Office Program.The Program & Change Management Lead will be responsible for driving coordinated program execution, organizational change, communications, and people‐readiness activities across all phases of the Head Office Program. This role ensures seamless alignment between workstreams, prepares stakeholders for change, and supports business continuity throughout construction and transition. The Lead partners closely with Track Managers, executives, and cross‐functional teams to manage risks, budgets, communications, and the successful adoption of new workplace strategies and behaviors. What We’ll Bring : Company & Culture A work environment built on teamwork, flexibility and respect* Professional growth and development programs to help advance your career* A focus on respect for people and continuous improvement* Summer Hours – condensed work week during the summer Benefits Competitive compensation package* Extended health care and dental benefits effective immediately* Associate vehicle discount program* Paid holiday shutdown and competitive paid time off benefits What You’ll be Doing : Program & Project Management Provide program and project management support to the NM & Program Team, ensuring strong coordination across all tracks* Follow up with all Track Managers to collect updates, clarify requirements, and synthesize information into clear, concise deliverables for various audiences* Consolidate cross‐track recommendations* Ensure phasing plans are designed to minimize disruption and meet business, customer, and associate needs* Work with TCI stakeholders to develop interim workflows, such as Tech Centre continuity, temporary parking solutions, and interim Town Hall locations* Help support to ensure business continuity plans are developed, implemented, and monitored throughout the project Budget Oversight Manage program budget, including tracking, forecasting, and identifying variances* Report financial implications to program team and leadership and collaborate with stakeholders on required adjustments Change Management & People Impacts Support with all change impacts across stakeholder groups, working closely with departments to define and implement required process and people changes* Conduct change impact assessments and develop mitigation strategies to support adoption* Support leaders with tools and guidance needed to help their teams through change Communication Strategy & Delivery Develop a comprehensive communication strategy tailored to various internal and external stakeholder groups* Create and deliver clear, timely, and compelling messaging to support program updates, change adoption, and business continuity* Ensure communications support transparency, understanding, and readiness for upcoming changes New Ways of Working & Organizational Readiness Support the rollout of the new workplace strategy by communicating advantages and encouraging new behaviors (e.g., adopting neighborhoods, using collaboration spaces etc.)* Share best practices and leverage lessons learned from TMNA onboarding workshops* Help teams operate new work models and ensure alignment with space design, technology, and workflows What You’ll Bring : 4 + years of experience in program management, change management, or transformation roles* Experience working in multi‐stakeholder environments with complex operational impacts* Strong communication and presentation skills, with an ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences* Experience conducting change impact assessments and implementing adoption strategies* Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and cross‐functional coordination* Certification in PMP, Prosci, or equivalent is an assetToyota Canada Inc. is the exclusive Canadian distributor of Toyota and Lexus vehicles.
