Job description
Become a Title Processing Specialist with IAA Holdings, LLC, where you'll manage essential vehicle title documents and ensure customer satisfaction. Your problem-solving skills will facilitate smooth title ownership transfers. In this vital role, you'll work with a global marketplace by ensuring accurate and timely processing of vehicle title documentation at IAA. Engaging with customers and vehicle owners directly, you'll resolve issues while adhering to state title regulations. Your dedication to compliance and customer service will play a critical part in achieving IAA's business objectives. Key Responsibilities: • Review and process title documentation per customer needs • Handle salvage titles from multiple states for future sales • Maintain an extensive knowledge of title laws in various states • Provide responsive customer service through different communication channels • Ensure the safeguarding of confidential customer data Requirements: • Previous title processing experience of 1-2 years a plus • Familiarity with title and salvage title requirements • Competence in Microsoft Office Suite applications • Background in customer database management • Strong communication and teamwork abilities Utilize your title processing expertise to enhance customer interactions and ensure compliance as a Title Specialist at IAA. #J-18808-Ljbffr
