Job descriptionDescription & Requirements Investor Relations is the liaison between Wall Street and lululemon's senior leadership team. The role is responsible for earnings communications, analyst engagement, and investor materials, while supporting activist and shareholder interactions in partnership with leadership, Legal, and Finance.
Core Responsibilities
Drafting quarterly and annual earnings scripts, Q&A materials, and investor presentations.
Engage directly with sell‑side analysts and investor communities following earnings releases.
Manage ongoing relationships with select sell‑side analysts, including financial model review and narrative clarification.
Support engagement with activist investors by preparing materials, analysis, and messaging.
Partner with SLT, Legal, FP&A, Finance, Corporate Communications, and Corporate Development teams to craft our narrative to Wall Street.
Monitor investor sentiment, analyst reporting, and market trends to identify reputational and narrative risks and suggest responses.
Prepare board‑level materials related to investor relations strategy, shareholder feedback, and external perception.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field required.
MBA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent capital markets qualification preferred.
8–12+ years of progressive experience in Investor Relations, Equity Research, Corporate Finance, or a related capital markets role within a public company environment.
Deep understanding of earnings processes, analyst models, valuation methodologies, and capital markets dynamics.
Proven ability to exercise independent judgment in high‑pressure, externally visible environments.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience translating complex financial information for external audiences.
Experience partnering closely with Legal and senior leadership on sensitive disclosures and investor communications.

Authorization Authorization to work in Canada is required for this role.
Compensation and Benefits Package Typical hiring range: $141,400–$185,600 annually. Base pay is based on market location and may vary. Permanent employees may be eligible for an annual bonus program, subject to eligibility requirements.
