Job description
Expand your expertise as a GTS Broker at FedEx, dedicated to processing shipments and navigating Canadian Customs legislation. Deliver efficient service and critical information to international clients.

FedEx seeks qualified candidates to fill this role that demands a high school diploma and at least one year of experience, ideally within the company. Knowledge of customs regulations and strong basic PC skills are essential, alongside effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities: • Process and manage shipments in line with regulations • Provide vital assistance for international shipment inquiries • Maintain CCS designation and meet training requirements • Perform data entry with a minimum of 25 wpm • Lift and navigate freight up to 150 lbs as required

Requirements: • Educational equivalent to a high school diploma • One year full-time related experience preferred • Basic level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word • Strong computer aptitude and mathematical skills • Bilingual required in Quebec (English and French)
