Job description
Lead the SMB Regional Sales team with Moneris, focusing on merchant acquisition and integrated commerce solutions. This senior role offers remote work flexibility while driving revenue growth across Canada.

As the Director of SMB Regional Sales, you will spearhead a dynamic team, prioritizing new merchant acquisition and sustained growth of Moneris’ SMB portfolio. You'll establish sales standards, engage cross-functionally, and embed The Challenger Sale methodology to enhance sales performance. Your leadership will ensure the team excels in driving profitability and expanding market presence.

Key Responsibilities: • Lead regional teams to achieve sales and market share goals • Enforce conversion and forecasting standards for scalable performance • Drive adoption of bundled commerce solutions effectively • Utilize Salesforce for managing funnel visibility and forecasting • Collaborate with shareholder banks to enhance joint initiatives

Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field • 10–15 years in sales leadership and business development • 5–7+ years managing geographically dispersed teams • Experience with Salesforce CRM and financial acumen • Knowledge of sales management methodologies
