Job description
Drive AI transformation as the Associate Vice President of AI Operations within our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) business unit, fully remote in the US or Canada. Lead AI orchestration platform strategies and enhance product lifecycle management.

In this senior role, you will take charge of implementing and scaling an AI orchestration platform across various functions, essential for modernizing solutions. You'll need to cultivate relationships across teams and influence without direct authority, ensuring adoption within core processes. Your pragmatic approach will bridge strategic vision with execution, delivering measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities: • Develop AI orchestration platform strategy and implementation • Lead AI-related initiatives across functional areas • Institutionalize standardized AI operating guidelines • Accelerate software delivery through an AI-enabled factory • Transform implementation processes with AI tools

Requirements: • 15+ years in tech, operations, or transformation roles • Proven AI platform implementation experience • Strong background in product management • Success in cross-functional leadership and change management • Healthcare or enterprise SaaS experience preferred
