Job description
Drive sales success with Northland Properties as Vice President of Sales. This strategic role oversees revenue growth, builds key client relationships, and leads a high-performing sales team.

As Vice President of Sales, you will report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer and shape hotel sales strategies across various segments. You will analyze market trends and drive revenue initiatives, collaborating closely with executive leadership. Your expertise will ensure effective partnerships and develop competitive sales processes.

Key Responsibilities: • Develop comprehensive sales strategies aligned with corporate revenue goals • Identify new market opportunities and partnerships • Drive revenue performance across all segments • Mentor and lead the National Sales Team • Build key relationships with corporate clients and stakeholders

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in business or Hospitality Management • 10+ years in sales leadership within the hotel industry • Proven track record in driving revenue growth • Strong skills in communication and negotiation • Experience managing diverse, large teams
