What You’ll Do
- Manage schedules, meetings, travel, and shifting priorities
- Keep the CEO focused on high-impact and strategic work
- Coordinate across projects, stakeholders, and time zones
- Interact with investors, advisors, executives, and external partners
- Handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
- Bring organisation, structure, and calm to a fast-paced company
What We’re Looking For
- Experience supporting senior executives, founders, or leadership teams
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to operate in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
- Good judgment, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset
- Confidence interacting with senior stakeholders
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and modern productivity tools
Early-career candidates are welcome to apply. Experience in technology, energy, finance, or startup environments is a plus.
