Job description
Drive strategic delivery of large-scale social infrastructure projects as a Senior Project Director at Amico. Oversee all phases from preconstruction to close-out to ensure successful project execution. As a Senior Project Director, you will lead multiple significant infrastructure projects including hospitals and schools, focusing on alignment with stakeholder and regulatory requirements. This role demands 15+ years of experience in project delivery, particularly in Design-Build and P3 models, to ensure effective leadership and governance throughout complex initiatives. Key Responsibilities: • Provide leadership for large-scale social infrastructure projects • Establish execution strategies aligned with company objectives • Serve as senior escalation point for project issues • Maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance management Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field • 15+ years of experience in delivering large-scale projects • Proven leadership in Design-Build or P3 delivery models • Strong negotiation and risk management skills • Excellent communication and executive presence Utilize your extensive experience to shape Ontario’s infrastructure landscape as part of the Amico team. #J-18808-Ljbffr
