Key Responsibilities
Partner closely with hiring leaders and HR Business Partners to understand workforce needs and provide strategic recruitment support across assigned portfolios.
Lead full‑cycle recruitment for a diverse portfolio of roles, including investment and other specialized positions, while effectively managing a high volume of open requisitions.
Partner with hiring leaders to clarify role requirements, assess market challenges, and develop effective attraction strategies.
Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessments, and provide informed recommendations to hiring leaders.
Coordinate and lead interview processes, including structured interviews, panel interviews, virtual interviews, and in‑person interviews.
Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, including interview feedback and status updates, to deliver a strong candidate experience.
Support and lead recruitment for senior leader and executive roles, bringing a high degree of professionalism, discretion, and market insight.
Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify and engage top talent, including strategic pipelining for hard‑to‑fill and business‑critical roles.
Act as a strong user of LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to build targeted talent pools, conduct market mapping, and engage passive candidates.
Provide regular updates and market insight to hiring leaders on search progress, candidate quality, and recruitment trends.
Maintain recruitment activity and data integrity in Workday and support effective reporting and process discipline.
Stay current on talent market trends, sourcing practices, and recruitment best practices to continuously enhance AIMCo’s hiring approach and employment brand.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of progressive corporate recruitment experience, including experience hiring for specialized and business‑critical roles.
Demonstrated success recruiting for investment roles, and experience supporting senior leader and executive searches is strongly preferred.
Proven ability to manage a high‑volume requisition portfolio while maintaining quality, responsiveness, and strong stakeholder relationships.
Strong sourcing capability, including advanced use of LinkedIn Recruiter, talent pipelining, and direct search techniques.
Experience working within an in‑house talent acquisition function in a complex, fast‑paced organization.
Proficiency in Workday is required.
Strong interviewing capability across a variety of formats, including phone, virtual, structured, panel, and in‑person interviews.
Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and influencing skills.
Strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
