Job description
Join the Town of Kingsville as a Payroll Administrator and Senior Financial Analyst in a vibrant, community-oriented environment. This full-time, on-site role focuses on financial management and analytical oversight.

The successful candidate will oversee payroll processes and take charge of financial planning, statement preparation, and analyzing budget forecasts. You'll ensure compliance with reporting standards and strive to improve financial operations within the municipality. This role provides an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the financial health of Kingsville.

Key Responsibilities: • Manage payroll processes and reporting requirements • Supervise financial planning and analysis operations • Prepare and present detailed reports for stakeholders • Monitor budgets and forecast financial performance • Identify process improvements in financial operations

Requirements: • Strong organizational and compliance skills • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics • Proficiency with accounting software and spreadsheet tools • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • CPA, CFA designation or municipal finance experience is a plus
