Job description
Drive innovative customer growth at Gusto as Head of Customer Referral & Emerging Channels. Lead initiatives to optimize referrals and activate new communication strategies for small businesses.

In this crucial leadership role with Gusto, you will manage a growth marketing team while developing the customer referral program to boost new customer acquisition. You’ll employ AI and data analysis to identify opportunities and enhance the efficacy of the program. Collaborating with various teams, your goal is to optimize the funnel from awareness to customer activation.

Key Responsibilities: • Manage and develop the growth marketing team effectively • Evolve customer referral programs for measurable growth • Build a rigorous experimentation roadmap for testing • Scout and scale new acquisition channels quickly • Partner with Web Marketing to optimize landing pages

Requirements: • 10+ years in growth or performance marketing • Proven success with customer acquisition programs • Familiarity with paid acquisition channels • Strong analytical skills using relevant tools • Excellent communication skills for executive presentations
