7 Star Service is in our DNA and the Canalta Hotel Family is looking for our next secret weapon to join our team. This position won't bore you as everyday will be a new and exciting experience! You'll be immersed in the Canalta Hotel world assisting our guests to ensure they have a Legendary experience by creating "I-can't-believe-they-did-that" moments! What you'll do:

  • Next Level Guest Service: Successfully complete an exceptional training program designed for top notch guest service agents
  • Be a Brand Ambassador: Represent our values and culture in person, on the telephone and online. Share your passion for Canalta hotels
  • Deliver Stellar Service: Provide 7 Star service by anticipating guests' needs and creating unforgettable moments
  • Welcome Guests with a Smile: Create a friendly and welcoming environment for all guests, handling check-ins and check-outs with ease
  • Be a Problem Solver: Take on challenges and be empowered to resolve guest issues. Turn obstacles into opportunities for unforgettable guest experiences
  • Bring your A-game to maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the lobby and reception area to create an inviting environment for guests
  • Embrace our hotel's guidelines and safety measures - they're here to ensure our team members and our guest experience is both amazing and safe
