Job description
Join Flexspring as a Technical Support Specialist, where you'll tackle HR integration challenges with agility. Work flexibly from home while enhancing customer experiences with your technical skills. Flexspring leads the way in HR data integrations as an iPaaS company. Your role will involve troubleshooting, resolving production issues, and collaborating with clients. Ideal candidates will possess coding skills and a passion for exceptional customer support. Key Responsibilities: • Support API and data flow integration issues • Identify root causes for system malfunctions • Evaluate logs to inform troubleshooting • Collaborate with clients and internal teams • Update and manage support case communications Requirements: • 3+ years in OOP - Java, C#, Python • Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or similar • High commitment to customer service excellence • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Efficient troubleshooting and attention to detail Empower HR operations and enhance efficiency at Flexspring with your technical support skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
