Job description
Location: Toronto, Ontario Compensation: $2,500/month (includes private accommodation, utilities, and Wi-Fi) Bonus: Additional pay for Mandarin-speaking candidates Type: Full-time, live-in/live out ⸻ About the Role We’re looking for a warm, trustworthy, and detail-oriented Resident Housekeeper & Property Assistant to help manage the house, a few boutique rental properties in Toronto and our puppies. This live-in role includes private accommodation and a balanced mix of property care, guest assistance, puppy care, and errands. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, enjoys animals, and takes pride in maintaining a beautiful, welcoming space. ⸻ Key Responsibilities Property & Guest Support • Clean and restock Airbnb condos and the main home between guest stays. • Assist with guest check-ins, key handovers, and turnovers. • Report and coordinate minor maintenance or repairs. Housekeeping • Clean bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas. • Handle laundry, linens, and supply restocking. Pet Care • Feed, bathe, and care for small puppies. • Maintain a clean and safe play area. • Drive puppies to vet or grooming appointments (vehicle provided or mileage reimbursed). Errands & Organization • Run errands such as picking up groceries, supplies, or packages. • Keep household items stocked and organized. ⸻ Ideal Candidate • Friendly, dependable, and pet-loving. • Valid Ontario driver’s licence. • Fluent in English; Mandarin-speaking candidates ideal preferred. • Experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or caregiving preferred. ⸻ What We Offer • Private furnished room with Wi-Fi, utilities, and laundry. • Competitive monthly pay plus performance bonuses. • Supportive, family-like environment. • Opportunities for growth within Puppocino Kennel and Mogi Stays property management operations.
